A FAMILY friendly festival is returning to North Yorkshire this spring after a two-year break.
‘Glampfest’, based in fields on Market Flat Lane, near Scotton is back after a Covid-enforced break and will bring a range of activities, live music, street food and most importantly 'Glawnings' to the festival site.

The festival runs from May 13 to 15 and will also feature yoga sessions, beauty treatments and safe and relaxed atmposhere with the the theme of 'peace and love'.
Festival-goers are also encouraged to embrace the sixties vibe with a groovy-themed fancy dress night on the Saturday.
Tents, caravans, camper vans and all other portable camping devices are welcome and dogs are allowed on site too.
The festival was set up by VW enthusiasts James and Sarah Martin in 2017 off the back of their business Glawning Ltd.
Back in 2013 James and Sarah sought to improve their camping set-up, searching for a more luxurious way of camping with their vintage campervan.
They spotted a gap in the market for luxury awnings and invented 'Glawnings' - van awnings made of 100 per cent cream cotton fabric and a bell tent look to attach to and complement their campervan.
As James and Sarah's market grew and their customer base began to develop, the couple launched Glampfest in 2017 to enable glawning owners to meet up.
The festival features live music from local bands, food and drink and beautiful camping setups.
Donations are made to a chosen charity.
Everyone is welcome you and don’t need to own a Glawning to attend.
Adult tickets cost £49 including camping, visit the Glampfest website to book.
