TEESSIDE Park has confirmed the final stages of talks with Primark about a new store opening at the retail park.
If plans go ahead, Primark’s newest shop will bring 140 jobs to the area and will span 37,400sq ft.
A spoksperson for Teesside Park said: “There are plans for the fashion chain to move into the Mothercare site.”
A firm favourite for fashion-conscious bargain-lovers, this move will be popular among shoppers as the store will open alongside Teesside Park’s H&M, Next and River Island.
