WARM spring sunshine is expected to draw people to the region’s beauty spots today.
Another fine day is on the horizon for the entire North East and North Yorkshire following the clearing of some localised early fog.

Only light winds are anticipated to put a slight dampener on conditions, but temperatures are expected to average about 15-degrees centigrade, with a maximum in places of 18C.
Low cloud and fog is expected this evening in coastal districts as temperatures drop to 4C overnight, but, following some morning mist on Sunday, the sun will return to most places by the afternoon.
Those unlucky enough to be working over the weekend are reminded that the clocks go forward by an hour at 1am on Sunday, meaning one less hour in bed for some as British Summer Time begins.
