A NORTH East pensioner accused of killing her husband is set to stand trial later this year.
Janet Dunn, 72, is accused of murdering her husband Anthony Dunn, 81, at their Ponteland home in Northumberland last Tuesday (March 15).
Mrs Dunn appeared at Newcastle Crown Court this morning (March 21) for a bail hearing, where she was told that she would d stand trial.

She will be back in court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on April 19, before a trial start date of September 12 was put forward.
Dunn, of Beech Court, Ponteland, was remanded in custody until her next court appearance.
