The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer is set to return to our screens this week, raising money for the charity.
2022 marks the fifth year of the series and it will see 19 celebrities take on baking challenges.
This year, we’ll see host Matt Lucas join in as he fills in for an absent celebrity baker.
The Little Britain star said: “(It’s) terrifying!”
He added: “I only found out just before. No time to prepare. Mind you, no time to worry, either!”
But can the 48-year-old bake?
“Wait and see!” he teases. “My strengths generally are saying no when people ask me to compete in baking shows – one that failed me on this occasion!”
The series will be split across five episodes, each one seeing four new celebrities try their hand at baking in the famous white tent.
Each celebrity will compete in three rounds, much like in Great British Bake Off.
They’ll try their best at the Signature, the Technical and the Showstopper challenges and we can’t wait to see the results.
