A 39-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after he was caught exposing his genitals to someone.
Thomas Benjamin Durrant, 39, of Vivis Lane in Pickering, North Yorkshire, appeared before magistrates court on Tuesday March 8 with the charge.

Durrant was charged with exposure after intentionally exposing his genitals to someone so that it would “cause them alarm or distress.”
He was given a community order and has been made to register with police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act.

Durrant pleaded guilty to the offences and was made to pay £95 in victim services and £85 to Crown Prosecution Service.
