A DIY tool store opened the doors of its new branch in the region on Monday bringing with it new roles that add to 300 new jobs across the UK.
The ToolstatioN store, which is based on Thurston Road in the County Business Park in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, is the sixth Toolstation store opening across the country this year.

Toolstation say the store has created seven new roles to the area as part of 300 permanent roles currently being recruited across the business.
The store is set to be open seven days a week from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 7pm on Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday.
Customers of the Northallerton branch are set to be able to pick up Toolstation’s latest catalogue, customers can then purchase products from the catalogue in the branch or via the Toolstation website.
Toolstation have also reminded customers of the new branch that they can use the new customer app, providing a quick and easy way to shop.
The DIY shop has also launched a new initiative that means all customers with a trade account will get a 5 per cent discount on all of their orders.

Last year Toolstation opened a new store in a former social club in Stanley as part of ongoing regeneration of the town.
