The company has also recently enhanced wages for its production staff for salaries ranging from £10 to £15 per hour to combat the rise in the cost of living.
Mark Gatenby, managing director at Vale of Mowbray, said the company was set to “continue its expansion” with some new products set to “hit the market this year.”
The company has recently expanded their range to include “premium pies” which are set to bring further opportunities to their workers.
Mr Gatenby added: “There has never been a better time to join our team at Vale of Mowbray, we have experienced significant growth over the past year.”
Andrew Harrow, Managing Director at Baxter Personnel, added: “Our partnership with Vale of Mowbray works hand in hand with both our business’s core values; creating food for the people and jobs for the people.
“These latest production roles present a great opportunity for those in the local community to join a long-established and thriving business.”
Sheree Walker, people manager at Vale of Mowbray, said that the rising cost of living played a big role in the company’s decision to increase wages to help support their staff.
She added: “We’re a family here at Vale of Mowbray and we want to make sure our workers are rewarded for their hard work.
“We also offer fantastic training and progression opportunities, encouraging our workers to develop their careers and grow alongside the business’.
