A DRUG driver has been taken off the roads after being caught driving with cannabis in her system.
On September 3 last year, Kelly Joanne Christine Moore was caught driving an Audi A3 on the A167 near Birkby, Northallerton, with 6.8micrograms of cannabis in her blood - more than triple the specified limit of 2mg.
She pleaded guilty to drug driving before magistrates sitting at York on Monday (February 28) and was disqualified from driving for 36-months.
The 41-year-old, of Sunnyside Cottages, Northallerton, was also ordered to pay £299 in court fines and charges.
