A YOUTUBER has told of his shock after seeing his subscribers increase in their thousands after support from two megastars.

Jack Hodgson, from Darlington, has seen his subscriber count go from 0 to over 27,000 in just two weeks after receiving shout outs from rapper KSI and boxer Logan Paul.

The 22-year-old relaunched his YouTube channel this year and immediately attracted thousands of views due to his content.

His first video saw Jack building a larger than life version of the recently released ‘PRIME Hydration drink’, created by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul.

This video gained thousands of views after it featured on Instagram stories and live Twitch streams, resulting in them sending Jack crates of the drink.

He then created miniature versions of the drink, before giving them away to his subscribers.

The former Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College student closed his former account of 10 years recently before relaunching under his ‘HODGACK’ name.

Previous videos on his channel included: ‘I FAKED Being An Uber Driver for 24 Hours’; ‘How my mum saved my dad’s life’; ‘I Destroyed My Friends Car with 1000 Stickers’; and ‘I THREW A MUSIC FESTIVAL IN MY GARDEN!!’.

Speaking on his success, Jack said: “It’s pretty crazy you know! I managed to get 12,000 subscribers on my old channel of 10 whole years, and on this new channel I’ve overtaken that from my first video alone.

“This new channel just feels different and I can’t really describe it. I’m seriously gassed to see how far I can take it this year.”

“It feels incredible to have KSI and Logan Paul’s support. Both of them are two of the biggest creators in the world and I find them both super inspiring.

“To receive their support so early into this journey is amazing, hopefully I’m able to meet them both soon!”
