A DARLINGTON road was closed last night (Wednesday) after a two-vehicle crash.
Police were called to the scene of the incident at the junction of Duke Street and Larchfield Street at around 7.30pm.
The crash involved a Vauxhall Corsa and a BMW, however no injuries were reported.
One driver was interviewed at the roadside and reported for careless driving.
A spokeswoman for Durham Constabulary said: “Officers were called to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Duke Street, Darlington, at around 7.30pm last night.
“No injuries were reported and the road was closed temporarily while the vehicles – a Vauxhall Corsa and BMW - were recovered.
“One driver was interviewed at the roadside and reported for careless driving.”
