EMERGENCY services are at the scene of crash between two vehicles in North Yorkshire.
Fire crews from Knaresborough and Harrogate are currently dealing with the two-vehicle collision at the junction of the B6164 and A658 at Knaresborough.
Hydraulic cutting gear is in use by the fire crews to free the occupants.
Police and ambulance crews are also at the scene.
Motorists should avoid the area if possible as heavy traffic has built up in the area.
The AA says that A658 is 'just passable' but traffic is very slow due to the crash.
Traffic is queueing both ways and there are currently severe delays of twelve minutes and delays are increasing on A658 Northbound between the A658 and A59 York Road where the average speed of passing traffic is 5mph.
