A DARLINGTON man has been fined after stealing over £500 worth of items from TK Maxx.
Jay Bagnall, 25, of Wellington Drive in Middleton St George, Darlington, appeared before County Durham and Darlington Magistrates' Court on February 15 charged with theft from a shop.

Bagnall was charged with stealing £580.00 worth of items from TK Maxx in Darlington.
He pleaded guilty to the offences and was fined £120 and was made to pay £34 to victim services and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
