A MAN has been found guilty of stealing £250 worth of cash and tobacco products from a West Auckland property.
David Hogg pleaded not guilty to burglary after he was charged with stealing the items from a property on Finchale Square on March 18, 2020.

However, the 40-year-old was found guilty by magistrates sitting at Peterlee Court on Monday (February 14).
Hogg, of Maude Terrace, St Helen Auckland, was remanded on unconditional bail until March 9 when he will appear at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court for sentencing.
The case was adjourned to allow for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
