A NORTH East man has been jailed after stealing more than £350 worth of toiletries from Boots in Middlesbrough.
Daniel David Allison, 36 of Somerset Street in Middlesbrough appeared before Teesside Magistrates Court on February 10.

Allison was charged with stealing £358.60 worth of toiletries from Boots.
He was also charged with possession of a class c controlled drug.
Allison was sent to prison for an overall sentence of 24 weeks and was made to pay £128 to victim services.
He also committed the offences while under a community order for stealing various items, resulting in him being handed a bigger sentence.

Allison pleaded guilty to both offences.
