A DARLINGTON pair who stole a bottle of gin from B&M have been sentenced in court.
Magistrates sitting at Newton Aycliffe on Monday (February 7) heard Raymond Coglan stole gin worth £13.99 from the B&M store on Darlington's Northgate on January 25 this year.
He pleaded guilty to the theft.
Rebecca Kelly, 37, of Minors Crescent, Darlington, also pleaded guilty to the same offence.

Coglan admitted that the offence put him in breach of a six-month conditional discharge imposed on October 26 last year for interfering with a 125cc Honda motorbike with the intention to steal.
Magistrates imposed a community order on Coglan, of Forcett Street, Darlington, with rehabilitation activities that must be completed by August 6, 2022.
He was also ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge that will be taken from his benefits.
Kelly was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a total of £67 in court costs and charges within 14-days.
