INVESTIGATIONS are underway after a body was found on a North East beach on Sunday.
The discovery was made at Saltburn on Sunday.
Enquiries are being made to identify the man and the circumstances around the discovery.

Police were called to the beach on Sunday after the ambulance service reported the body of a man had been found in the sea.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Enquiries to establish the man’s identity and the circumstances surrounding the discovery of his body are underway and we have linked in with neighbouring forces and the coroner.
"We would ask anyone with information to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number quoting ref 214893."
