The event has been running over the last three nights and has seen the bus make visits to across the borough.

Last night, the tour made its way to Thornaby, Hilton and Ingleby Barwick.

Standing atop the bus, Santa gave a wave to the youngsters who turned out to line the streets on the route.

The event finishes tonight, when the bus will visit Stockton town centre, Parkfield and Oxbridge, Grangefield, Newtown, Salters Lane, Bishopsgarth and Elm Tree, Fairfield, Hartburn, Eaglescliffe and Egglescliffe.

It is the second year the bus has toured the area following its launch in 2020.
