A CHARITY auction to raise money for St Teresa's Hospice in Darlington is happening on December 14 at 10am.
Thomas Watson Auctioneers has teamed up with Darlington Rotary to raise funds for the charity.
Items on offer include an introduction to wild water swimming from a qualified coach, a garden makeover, a selection of art, a drive in a red Ferrari, a family ticket for Mowden Park Rugby Club, a sports car for a weekend from SG Petch and a quilt stitched by a traditional Amish community in the USA and a comemorative brick from Feethams football ground.

There is no buyers premium or charges and 100% of the sale will go to St Teresa’s Hospice.

The hand-stitched quilt, purchased at an auction in the USA, was made by a traditional Amish community.
A comemorative brick, complete with certification, comes from the original 'twin towered' entrance to the old Feethams football ground in Darlington, which was demolished.

Rotary organiser Alan Cowie said: “We have held auctions before to raise money for our charities, but they have been small affairs.
"Thomas Watson Auctioneers has kindly allowed us to sell some extraordinary items for our local hospice."
Darlington Rotary President Peter Phillips said: "St Teresa’s is a cause we support regularly, and this will be a much needed boost to their funds.”
