A TAKEAWAY owner was allegedly subject of a racially aggravated assault in Ormesby.
The takeaway owner also had subsequent damage made to his vehicle.
The incidents are reported to have taken place at the Allendale Centre on Wednesday, September 29 at around 9.20pm and on Sunday, October 10 at around 5.10pm.
A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of affray, criminal damage, threats to kill and assault.

He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Anyone with information on the alleged incidents is asked to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number, quoting ref SE21 165658.
