Independent traders were also out in force at the weekend's Bizarre Bazaar selling gothic gifts and accessories.
The event celebrates the town's Gothic past which began with the story of Dracula in the ruins of Whitby's gothic abbey.
This year the town was blessed with sunny weather for the majority of the weekend.
Whitby has been hosting Goth weekends since 1994 and the event has got bigger and bigger. It plays a big role in supporting local independent businesses.
