The 43-year-old pleaded guilty to drink driving before North Yorkshire Magistrates sitting at York on Monday.
They imposed an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12-months, citing that the offence was so serious due to the ‘incredibly high’ alcohol reading and the risk posed to the public.
Magistrates said they took her guilty plea into account and suspended the prison term due to her being the mother of two teenagers still in education.
They disqualified her from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 32-months.
Pattison, of Burnsall Drive, York, was also ordered by magistrates to pay a total of £213 in court costs and charges.
