NORTH Yorkshire Police say they have released a 22-year-old man who was arrested after a fatal crash on the A1(M) yesterday which saw the death of a 70-year-old woman.
The man has been released under investigation pending further enquiries and police are still appealing for dashcam footage and information on the incident.

The incident happened yesterday October 18 on the south-bound carriage way of the A1 near Leeming Bar at 2.20am.
A blue Ford Fiesta, a grey Ford Puma and a black Land Rover were involved in the crash and the passenger of the Land Rover, a woman in her 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Land Rover, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

A 22-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, drink driving and drug driving, however, as of this morning he has now been released under investigation.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police, said: “Anyone who witnessed the collision, has any Dashcam footage, or who was travelling in the area at the time is asked to save and preserve any footage and contact police.
