THE following people appeared at Teesside Magistrates' Court in September and October (this month).
- On February 20 Nicole Shannon Turner, 26, of Regent Road, Marton Grove assaulted another by beating him in Stockton.
Community order made for eight months, a rehabilitation activity requirement for a maximum of 10 days, victim surcharge to be paid of £95. - Between November 11, 2020 and December 12, 2020 Arron William Ferguson, 26, of Burbank Court, Middleton in Teessdale harassed another by bombarding him with phone calls and created a fake profile on grinder to lure the victim to meet him in Stockton.

- On May 20, 2020 Fakhar Rehman, 34, of Oliver Street, South Bank drove while not every light was clean and in good working order in Middlesbrough.
Fined £40, victim surcharge £34, costs £40. - On February 1 Connor Blackburn, 22, of Mill Lane, Billingham drove on the A689 at Wolviston without insurance.
Fined £120, victim surcharge £34, costs £85, banned from driving for six months, licence endorsed. - On September 15, October 10 and 15, 2020 Debbie Ann Robson, 36, of Derby Street, Hartlepool, failed to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison.
Fined £120. - On August 27 and September 3 Stuart Willet, 26, of High Street, Brotton, breached a community order by failing to attend appointments.
Fined £40. - On January 17, Andrew Christopher Pennick, 54, of Lanehouse Road, Thornaby failed without reasonable excuse to provide a blood specimen after having been suspected of driving a vehicle.
Fined £120, banned from driving for 16 months to be reduced by 16 weeks on completion of a course, licence endorsed. - On January 6, Liam Jordan Matthews, 22, of Craister Road, Thornaby stole two air fresheners to the value of £20 from Tesco.
Jailed for 4 months concurrent, overall sentence 8 months.
On January 6 used threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with the intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence in Stockton.
No separate penalty.
