A MOTORIST from North Yorkshire caught speeding at 99mph on the M1 will find out next month whether he will lose his licence.
Justin Hodgson, 49, of Hell Wath Grove in Ripon was clocked by a speed camera breaking the 70mph motorway limit between junctions 39 and 40 northbound on the M1 near Wakefield.

The case went before West Yorkshire magistrates sitting at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court October 5.
They adjourned it until November 11, 2021 to consider whether Hodgson should be disqualified from driving.
