A 40 year-old man has been arrested after an explosive device was found on a construction site.
Police were called to construction site after, what is believed to be, an explosive device was found in Scarborough.

The device is thought to be inert according to police, however, the area has been cordoned off to keep people safe.
Officers say they are working with experts at the Ministry of Defence and have conducted searches in the area to ensure there is no risk to the public.
Police remain at the scene of the incident.
