A BODY has been found by a Royal Air Force Mountain Rescue Service Team in the search for a 54 year-old missing man from Scarborough.
Police say the body was discovered in woodlands near Knipe Point in Scarborough, and the family of the man have been informed and are being supported by officers.

Officers have asked for the privacy of the family to be respected.
North Yorkshire police recently issued an urgent appeal to the public for information to help find the missing 54 year-old.
Steven Pearson, aged 54, had not been seen since he left his home in Eastfield at 8.20am on August 24.
