WELSH singing sensation Tom Jonesthrilled his North East fans last night with a spectaclar show at Darlington Arena.
The music legend, who had been due to perform in Darlington in 2020, sang hits from his career which spans several decades.
The gig had been postponed on several occasions, but the 81-year-old was finally able to perform in front of a Darlington audience this evening.
With a career spanning more than 50 years, Jones has more recently been a voice coach on ITV programme The Voice.
The warm-up acts last night included Leeds-based Indie-folk band The Dunwells, along with Chris Simmons and Megan McKenna.
