HOT air balloons from across the world will be flying across North Yorkshire this August Bank Holiday weekend.
The Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta is being held at York's Knavesmire racecourse from Friday August 27 to Monday August 30.
Organisers say the event will be the biggest they have ever run with owners travelling from all over the globe to fly their balloons.
"We are delighted to be able to go ahead with the Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta as planned this year with some exciting new additions from previous years," said John Lowery of Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta.
"We have an absolutely amazing four days planned and are so excited to be welcoming balloons which have never been seen before in the UK. It is going to be a really special, unique experience," he added.
More than 50 hot air balloons are expected to take flight over the weekend, there will also be family entertainment, a night glow event, a large funfair and a firework , drone and laser show to round off the weekend.
