The Foo Fighters have announced a UK stadium tour starting next year following the Covid pandemic.
The rock group shot to the top of the charts with their album ‘Medicine At Midnight’ earlier this year and are currently on tour in the US.
Foo Fighters made an historic return to the stage at New York’s Madison Square Garden, playing the city’s first full capacity show in more than a year.
Bringing hits like ‘The Pretender’ and ‘Best of You’ back to the UK, the band will be kicking off their tour in Manchester at Emirates Old Trafford on June 25, 2022.
They will then perform two days later at Villa Park in Birmingham.
The band will then perform for two nights at the London Stadium on June, 30 and July 2.
The dates will be their first appearance in the UK since headlining Reading & Leeds festival in 2019.
Dave Grohl said. “We can’t wait to get back to the UK, it’s been far too long. Get ready to make up for lost time with some long nights of rock & roll.”
Tickets go on sale on Friday morning (August 20) from 9am.
