THE Darlington Pride celebration continued on Sunday with the popular Proms in the Park event.
Proms in the Park took place at South Park in Darlington.
The event was held from 3pm until 6pm and featured local music from bands from across the region.
People were encouraged to bring their own picnics and watch the music at the bandstand.
The last event was held in 2019, when hundreds of people turned out for the popular event.
All performances were free for families but people were encouraged to make a donation to ABF The Soldier’s Charity.
The event was organised by ABF The Soldier’s Charity and Darlington Borough Council.
Music included The Royal Signals Northern Band, Pipes and Drums 102 Battalion REME and The Soldiers of Swing, who were semi-finalists on Britain’s Got Talent.
This was the eighth Proms in the Park event.
