In a statement from Karen Fuat, practice manager, and her team, they said the result had been down to a team which are "great, dedicated and caring."
They said: Despite the last 15 months being one of the most challenging times within the NHS, we are all very proud that we have still managed to gain this amazing result and receive positive feedback.
"This is down to a great, dedicated team with a caring attitude."
In Darlington, the average currently stands at 88 percent, with the national average for surgeries this year standing at 83 percent.
They added: "All Darlington Practices have worked exceptionally hard and are above the national and local CCG average which is 83 percent."
Closely following Orchard Court Surgery, St George's Medical Practice and Rockliffe Court Surgery saw their satisfaction rates above 95 percent.
Lix Stewart, Practice Manager at St George's Medical practice, said: "These surveys are generally based on small sample sizes so impossible to know if we really have the best results in Darlington.
"Having said that, after a tough 15-16 months of unprecedented demands and increased levels of complaints, it is pleasing to see that overall, patients appear to be happy with the care the practice provides."
