SCARBOROUGH-based bakery Cooplands is set to venture into frozen foods after securing an exclusive deal with Heron Foods - here's how much they'll cost.
The deal will see Cooplands selling frozen versions of their baked goods to be cooked at home.
Prices for the frozen food will supposedly start from £1.00 and shoppers will be able to purchase a range of Coopland's classic food items, such as sausage rolls, savoury pies, and sweet foods such as chocolate muffins.
Belinda Youngs, CEO for Cooplands, said: "Now customers at Heron Foods can bake their Cooplands favourites at home. Our new range of products includes sweet & savoury pasties, savoury pies and our deliciously decadent chocolate muffins filled with a gooey chocolatey centre, not to mention our famous perfect pastry sausage rolls. There will be new innovation and limited-edition products in the future too so customers can bake our bakers’ best from the comfort of their own kitchen."
