WALK-IN vaccination centres will open across County Durham as people are encouraged to get their jab. 

The County Durham Clinical Commissioning Group said at least 10 new vaccine hubs will open in the next two months. 

First and second doses of the Pfizer and Oxford/ AstraZeneca vaccines will be available at all clinics.

Second doses must be at least eight weeks after the first dose.

Wednesday, July 7, Peterlee Community Hospital, 11am – 6pm

Friday, July 9, Peterlee Community Hospital, 8am to 3pm 

Friday, July 9, Shotley Bridge Hospital, Consett, 1pm-4pm 

Friday, July 30, Kelloe Working Men's Club, 2pm – 6pm

AUGUST

Wednesday, August 4, Aldi Car Park, Horden, Peterlee, 2pm - 6pm

Tuesday, August 10, Ferryhill Market Place, DL17 8JW, on June 15, times to be confirmed.

Monday 16th August, Asda Car Park, Byron Place, South Terrace, Seaham, SR7 7HN, times to be confirmed.
