A CRIME scene tent has been erected and a police cordon is in place following an serious incident this evening, the Northern Echo understands.
Emergency services have been called to Letitia Industrial Estate, Middlesbrough, according to reports on social media.
It has been reported the cordon is on a grass verge that backs onto the allotments.
