NORTH Yorkshire police are investigating reports of a fight at Kings Staith on York's riverside on Monday evening at 7.45pm.
A man in his 40's was injured and taken to hospital for treatment after police were called to the area. A spokesperson said an investigation is ongoing, including CCTV inquiries, but did not say whether any arrests have been made made.

The fight came on the first day outdoor hospitality was allowed to reopen as part of the Government's 'roadmap' out of lockdown.
Police are also appealing for information after five youths were arrested in Kirkbymoorside, near Helmsley, shortly after 1pm on Saturday April 10 when a large scale fight broke out between a number of teenagers.
They said the five teenagers arrested in connection with the incident were all aged between 14 and 17. They have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
