A NATIONAL Park Authority is asking people to ‘be bold’ as it seeks opinions about the future of the North York Moors.
The North York Moors National Park Authority is reviewing its management plan that sets out a long-term vision for the future of the park.
It guides not only the activities of the Authority, but all those connected to the area, including local and national organisations, businesses and residents.
The plan sets out what conservation, farming, housing, tourism and transport should all look like in the years ahead, and how the National Park should be left for the next generation.
Tom Hind, chief executive of the National Park Authority, said: “This is a conversation for all of us and we want to hear as many different voices as possible.
“So whether you’re a resident, business or stakeholder, your input is vital to us.”
