At a time where people are usually searching for properties they aspire to own, according to the property listing site, house buyers are actually looking at homes with more garden space and somewhere to escape.

And this two-bed on Cumberland Street, which has been viewed on Zoopla 39,334 times, has been snapped up as it is sold subject to contract.
