A POLICE raid resulted in the arrest of two men on suspicion of drugs offences.
The arrests took place after a warrant was executed on Meadowview Road, in the Ayresome ward of Middlesbrough on Saturday.
Police seized cannabis, suspected Class A drugs, cash and a canister of CS gas.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.
Both men have been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
