Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team have recovered suspected class A and B drugs when they executed a drugs warrant in the North Ormesby area yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon.
Officers attended Henry Street, where they located four people who were arrested in connection with suspected drugs offences.
A quantity of what is believed to be crack cocaine was recovered and suspected cannabis.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs and possession of a class B drug.
Another woman, aged 19, and two men aged 19 and 31 were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
All four were later released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.
Inspector Darren Birkett said: “We are continuing to listen to our local communities are continuing to seize drugs which could potentially end up on the streets of Middlesbrough. I would encourage anyone with information regarding drugs activity in their local area to contact us, and we will take action.”
