Delays after car stalls on A66/A19 near Middlesbrough
TRAFFIC on the A66 and A19 is said to be running slow after a car stalled on a slip road.
There are reports that a stalled car on A19 northbound at the A66 near Linthorpe, Middlesbrough, partially blocked the road at about 8am and is still causing delays.
