POLICE have seized a suspected stolen BMW, while gathering hundreds of pounds of suspected class A drugs in Stockton.
Officers have been patrolling areas of Stockton today in a bid to clamp down on criminal activity.
A man who was parked up in the Newtown area in a BMW was searched in a stop and search check.
During the search, officers recovered hundreds of pounds worth of suspected class A drugs, CS spray, a mobile and the BMW (which officers suspected to be stolen).
The driver of this BMW was arrested and remains in custody.
