A TRIBUTE to Moulin Rouge featuring hit songs synonymous to the musical and more recent iconic movies is coming to the region later this month.
Come What May, which is described as an "all singing all dancing extravaganza," will feature timeless classics including Come What May, Your Song, Roxanne and Lady Marmalade.
Produced by Sweeney Entertainments and Sisco Productions, the cast will be performing at The Customs House in South Shields on March 28.
Co-founder, Julie Sweeney said: "This is our most exciting new production for 2020. The songs of Moulin Rouge are unforgettable, a spectacular combination of classic songs brought to life under the glitz and glamour of the Moulin Rouge.
“It's a ‘Spectacular, Spectacular’ evening of unforgettable dancing, dreams, adventure and above all, love.”
