EMERGENCY services were called to an incident involving a child in Newton Ayclliffe today.
A police spokesperson said: “Police were called following a report of a collision involving a child in Stephenson Way, Newton Aycliffe, just after 4pm this afternoon.
"Officers are currently on scene along with fire and ambulance crews and will assist where they can.”
