MENTAL well-being will be the focus at an event in Stockton tomorrow.
The High Street will be filled with an array of stalls and activities designed to make people feel better, including salsa dancing, henna painting, relaxation sessions and fruit-tasting.
People will be able to pick up a range of advice and information from a variety of services, including Stockton District Advice and Information Service, Link carers group, Stockton International Family Centre and Teesside Women's Aid, which supports people in abusive relationships.
People are also invited to a free salsa dance class by Chris and Sue Heald, from Salsa Yarm. The fun class runs from 1.30pm to 2pm.
