A £2M business development at a former 18th Century farm will open officially in two week.
Crabtree Hall Business Centre, near Catterick, was developed from part of their family farm by Mark and Stephanie Pybus and includes 23 office suites, meeting rooms and video conferencing.
There will be an open day for local people and prospective tenants on Thursday, October 18.
The event runs from 11am to 2pm. There is a family evening session from 4pm until 8pm with musical entertainment and refreshments.
William Hague, shadow foreign secretary and Richmond MP, will perform the opening ceremony the following day.
Business manager Mrs Pybus said: "Crabtree Hall is a great place to work, with stunning views and easy access to the A1.
"The centre is ideal for new, growing or re-locating businesses."
