STAFF at a pharmacy are getting into the pink for charity.
Cosmetics staff at Boots, in the Prince Bishops shopping centre, in Durham City, are giving free hand massages, facials and mini make-up sessions - while wearing pink wigs and jackets.
The project is to mark Breast Cancer Awareness month, with proceeds going to Breast Cancer Care.
There will also be a raffle and badges and mobile phones for sale.
Andrea Mackrell, who works in the store, said: "Boots in Durham has been raising money for charity in this way for the past five years, and the treatments are always very popular.
"Yet this is the first year that our entire cosmetics team is taking part - we're thrilled everyone is making the effort."
