TWO men have been remanded in custody after appearing before a court charged in connection with an alleged murder in Stockton.
Luke Pearson, 18, and Neil Maxwell, 39, of Westbourne Street, Stockton, were charged following an incident on December 23.
Neither entered a plea as they appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court, in Middlesbrough, on Boxing Day.
They will next appear at Newcastle Crown Court tomorrow, Friday.
Police were called to Westbourne Street on Sunday where a man was found with stab wounds. He later died in hospital.
