A PEDESTRIAN has been left with head injuries after he was hit by a car on Christmas Eve.
Police are appealing for information after the collision, on Cargo Fleet Lane, shortly after 9pm on Monday.
The 54-year-old male pedestrian was at a bus stop on Cargo Fleet Lane when he was hit by a silver Lexus.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital, in Middlesbrough, where he was kept in for treatment over Christmas.
Cleveland Police is asking any witnesses, or anyone with information, to contact PC Dan Waugh at the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit via the 101 number. Please quote Event 233591.
