POLICE are hunting for a man who snatched rings from a customer’s hand while they were shopping.
The thief struck at Market Cross Jewellers in Thirsk’s market place on Saturday, November 17 at around 1.50pm.
He grabbed two rings out of a customer’s hand and fled, running out of the shop and down the street.
Police are now appealing for information that will help them to identify the man, who was captured on CCTV.
